Why You Should Choose Us
Experience
We've been in business for over 30 years and have worked on many different varieties of projects. Commercially, we specialize in complex upfits and renovations to properties large and small. We manage the project from start to finish, handling all aspects of exterior and interior renovations. Residentially, we specialize in single-family home new construction. Our industry partnerships and material sources allow us to provide top notch quality at fair prices, allowing you to build your dream home within your budget.
Quality
Our dedication to craftsmanship is at the forefront of reasons why we have been able to thrive for over 30 years. We don't cut corners on materials or labor. Long ago, our founder realized the importance of producing high-quality work that he could stand behind, and that mindset continues today at King. When you build with us, you can be confident our team will go the extra mile to make sure your project is completed correctly the first time.
Care
We're still a family-run business after all these years and we plan to keep it that way. Family is important to us and our customers are part of the King family. When we say we treat your project as if it were our own, we really mean it. We know in today's market it can sometimes be hard to find service providers who truly care, and that is why we make it a point every day to remind ourselves that without you, our customers, there can be no King Construction.
